A Weaver Pennsy C1 0-8-0, (EOB speed control upgrade). K-line Pennsy B6 0-6-0 (? has an EOB drop-in board?). B6 also has a replacement Timko motor. Click on the triangle for a switching video.
I am also biased toward the Lionel prewar based B6 but also prefer the Prewar version. The reissue was prone to axle gear failure requiring a fun job of pulling and pressing it all back together and correctly quartered. A Prewar can have its tender retrucked to pull postwar and newer rolling stock with knuckle couplers. Will the newer Legacy be better detailed, yes, its more like a brass model in terms of detailing. Back in the day, Lionel made the B6 as the follow up to the 700e Hudson. So the detailing was close to the scale hudson. Personal bias towards the questionable diecasting from the PRC, or the older USA castings that have already stood the test of time factory in my personal decisions, as they do in many others. Whatever you chose, I am sure it will look great! Mike the Aspie
If Legacy is K-Line dies, then I am quite sure the detail is good. But K-Line had this strange tendency to make open-belly boilers and put motors in the front. That always saps my interest.
Recently I spotted a B6 cab that looked out of proportion - looked like early windows, but using the late single window cab, a more vertical rectangle. Might have been the Legacy. That too would kill it for me.

K-line Pennsy B6. Had TMCC. This model has an added EOB board from TAS.
It certainly looks like the Legacy B6sb and the K-Line are the same mold, at least they sure look VERY similar.
I 3RSed a Lionel Legacy one a while back. I also lowered the tender ride height since it was rolling on stilts out of the box:

Here's a vid:
Okay. I promise I won't mention it again. The Legacy cab is too much like a telephone booth. Don't believe me? There are a gazillion B6sb photos on Bing. The only one with a rectangular cab side and double windows is the K-Line/Legacy. The rest are roughly square, and that includes all prototype photos.
How come no smoke coming out of the switcher?
I like your flatcar with tractors. Is it a Weaver flatcar?

No, I don't think it is. Purchased on Ebay many years ago. It was two rail with plastic wheels. I believe it was fabricated. I installed the trucks/three rail couplers.
