Model Railroad Hobbyist November 2013 issue indicates that the company was bought by Rich Rands:

"Berkshire Valley Models line of specialty O scale products has
been acquired by Rich Rands of St. Louis, Missouri. Berkshire
Valley was founded in 1989 by the late Frank Czubryt of Adams,
Mass. We’ll have more details next month ..."

Apparently, news of Frank Czubryt's death was premature according to a post by Rich Lands later:

"Hi,

Yes, John Kalin and I did purchase Berkshire Valley and are in the process of building up stock, replacing molds, and working on several new products.  I did want to make a correction to the announcement posted.  I believe Frank will be disappointed to learn of his own demise.  When I talked to him last week he had just returned from a week of camping in Maine and was doing quite well!"

In the December 2013 issue of MRH, they clarified things:

"Berkshire Valley update

Last month we noted that Berkshire Valley Models had been
purchased by Rich Rands. Transfer of ownership of the O scale
specialty firm has been confirmed by Rich, who said he and
his partner, John Kalin, are in the process of reorganizing all
operations of the company, replacing some molds, building up
inventory, and developing several new products. The new company
address is P.O. Box 1666, Fenton, Missouri 63026. Rich
and John can be contacted by email at berkshirevalley@gmail.
com. In November we incorrectly stated that Frank Czubryt,
who founded Berkshire in 1989, had passed away. We extend a
sincere apology to Frank and are happy to note that he is alive
and well and recently enjoyed a week of camping in Maine …"

Valley Model Trains (http://www.valleymodeltrains.com) shows some Berkshire Valley items in stock. They might have an idea of what's going on.

Thanks for the response on the new contact for Berkshire Valley, I was interested in the EZ Line. Had another senior moment, Berkshire Valley and Berkshire Junction, who sells the EZ Line are separate vendors, I contacted the Berkshire Junction this morning at 413-743-3960 and the woman who answered was very cordial, she said the her and her husband, the owners of Berkshire Junction are good friends with the former owners of Berkshire Valley, this response was for clarification.
