I am 0 for 2 on getting all the LED lights in two of my Woodland Scenics structures to function. In both the 3-story cupola style dept. store and Corner Emporium one or more of the LED lights does not work. I ensured all plug connections were tight and adjusted the intensity controls, but still nothing. To make matters worse, in handling these buildings the walls and parts started falling off. Has anyone else hooked theirs up and checked all the lights? I don't think there's any fix to the LEDs?

Wow.  I have all the WS built ups.  I have not had any problems with them falling apart.  I removed and replaced the lights in one I bashed, but that was just to move/re-align where the lighting would be brightest after I modified it.

You might consider changing where you buy them.  They might be getting damaged when shipped or handled.

The front wall with the gas pumps on their Ethyl's Gas Station model isn't glued into place at all with the roof and falls away any time you touch the thing. I need to glue mine into place while I'm playing around with the exact placement on the layout...

Join the crowd. I bought the Emporium last November, as it was a favorite of my wifes. The lights worked for about three times, and now flicker at a really low voltage, and then go out at the normal operating voltage, or as I increase the voltage. My wife is very disappointed. So are there more suggestions out there as to how to fix it? Or should we be contacting Woodland Scenics??

I actually e-mailed WS right before I posted here tonight, I'll let you know what they say. I was getting ready to order Frank's Grocery, but I'd like to hear what they say about the lights.

What are you guys using for power?  I use 14V AC from my Z-4000 and have had no issues with my other three pre-lit WS buildings.
