Not quite true.  They made the R142's, which came out long after they lost the license with the MTA.  MTH simply can't use the MTA logos.

Actually, the lawsuit allowed for MTH to continue anything that was already in the planning stages, but nothing more, and not included logos.  So the newer trains that were not part of projects already cannot be modeled by MTH, with or without logos.

The R142s were in the pipeline, albeit for a short time, but in planning none-the-less and that's why MTH could release them, twice.

How about the new R-33's, and the HO scale R-17's?  They almost certainly weren't under development at the time of the lawsuit
