On Wednesday, May 18th the museum announced 3 trips. The first one featuring a trip using the former IRT Lo-Vs train on Saturday, June 4th operating from the old South Ferry Loop station at the southern tip of Manhattan to the 241st St. White Road Station in Bronx of the #2 line. It will be a 2 hour ride leaving from South Ferry at 10am and returning there at 12 noon. There will be no stops on this ride. Trip second trip will be in July (check the date on the museum website) from the 96th & 2nd Av station to Coney Island using the former IND R1-9 cars. The third trip in August again check the museum website will be from 96th & 2nd Av. station to Rockaway again using the R1-9 cars. The cost for each trip will be $40. for adult members and $60. for non-adult members. I purchased tickets for the June 4th trip for myself and 2 friends.
