Hi Jerry. a few guys have cut Super O switches, which have an O-36 diameter center rail to center rail and have successfully negotiated O-72 engines through them. It seems a smaller arc does not cause the larger trains to derail. The frogs are basically straight so placing a straight section onto the “curved” frog branch will work for some/most? trains, (sorry do not have a list), obviously this takes some trial and error. If you have the time, patience and some mechanically know how go for it, regards Rob
