Looking at the box on the back reminds me of possibly a refrigerator truck. The exception is that there is no refrigerator unit attached. But no matter, I vote for a perishable delivery with a midwest flair.

How about :

Sealtest ice cream, Kraml Milk (how old am I? ), Schwan's Home delivery, Home Juice .
