W I think its a great building for the price! We had a Union 76 with the same building. I agree with a lot of people here that it has may options that can be done to fit almost any layout! I like the fact that it is made to be a semi flat for back against the wall. It will go on my wish list for the kids for Christmas! LOL thumb
