That is a strong possibility. I have another International brass electric from perhaps a few years later, but it is 17/64" scale. Did International do both 1/4" and 17/64" steam? This one is 1/4" when compared to my other Pacific class locomotives.

Obviously it needs a restoration. Thanks for the information.
