2 Railing Lionel ES44AC

How can Lionel's ES 44ACs be converted to 2 rail? We in the 2 rail O scale world desperately need newer 21st century locomotives on our layouts.

These ES44ACs are VERY well detailed and look fantastic. I would love to have two of these.
