It was a great year for me as well, which means not a good year for my train budget. 
There were far more items on my want list than my budget would bear. I still have a lot to look forward to. So, I'll say it again, It's a great time to be in O gauge, and may we have many more years like this one!
It appears (from reading here and all the new sponsors added) the manufacturers and many train stores also did well this year, at least I sure hope they did. We want them to also be around for many years to come.
And as a suggestion for those in need of a new years resolution, how about 'Support your local train store'? For those that have them that is. That way it will be there when you want to go look at some trains or pick up an item or two for your layout.
