Reply to "3-Rail Wheel Gauge???"

Matt,

Are 3-rail wheels (for the most part) pressed onto the axle? I see some that have serrations on the axle so the wheels don't move but others don't have them.

I put a 3-rail truck up to the 2-rail gauge and the 3-rail is maybe 3/32" narrower.
