30B repair website update

I recently had the fun of restoring another eight 30B transformers from an American Flyer dealer friend of mine.

Aside from the usual repair stuff I learned how to reduce the 60 Hz noise issue and also some easy ways to repair the meters.

I added this to the 30B repair part of my website. Enjoy. Feedback welcome.
