I noticed that it is set for only 2-chuffs per revolution. There should be another small switch under the cab for setting it to the correct 4-chuffs per revolution. There should should also be a 3-position switch under the back of the frame, where the tender tether plugs in, for smoke control: ON/TMCC/OFF.
