3rd Rail EMD SD40-2 DIESEL

Would anyone know if the 3-rail diesels offered by 3rd Rail would be Kadee compatible or have mounting pads for the Kadees? According to the 3rd Rail website they will have fixed pilots but I assume the 3-rail locos will have the large tin plate couplers. Thanks.
