Unfortunately, reservations are not doing well so the SD40-2 project will probably be placed further out in the production queue behind other projects that have better reservations numbers. My guess is another project will be announced soon to hopefully pick up the production slack for late 2017. I've suggested doing an SD38-2 at the same time (which I am interested in) but there is almost nil interest in that option.
