This probably means no locomotive buys this year for me because I have 4 Atlas SD40's preordered and there is no way I expect to see these in 2017 let alone 2nd Quarter of this year. I don't think any of the F7's have been delivered yet and there about 8 other models that are behind in the production schedule.

Pessimistic but probably reasonably accurate, in recent years Atlas has yet to get motive power production on any consistent schedule.JMO
