Not sure if you were looking for an updated list of schemes (to my small amount of knowledge, there has been no such list). That said, here is the link to the reservation page for the Amfleets. Looks like Phases I-IV. http://www.3rdrail.com/reservationGGD.htm
On another note, I am excited that someone is finally producing a Viewliner in O scale. If I am lucky, maybe I can scrape up some money over the next year or two to buy one.
