I agree with you. Either one of these would be great to see in O Gauge. Do you have any of the Burlington passenger car books done by Bill Glick? He did 5 books, one is a large diagram book that is detailed with most all classes of Burlington cars. The other books contain tons of photos of various classes of passenger cars.

Bill's focus is with wood and heavy weight cars, his favorite is the Blackhawk. These are quality books that should be in every Burlington fan library. Bill is an avid HO modeler and must have over 100 HO passenger cars.
