Another way, used by us'n B&O fanatics, is to get together a cabal of petitioners and keep carrying on until enough folks have written, here and directly, to 3rd Rail. We (the aforementioned cabal) have a Q-4b, a  T-3, and a P-7d plus its Cincinnatian passenger train because of it.

 I've seen 'em for less than a grand on eBay. You will have to--gasp, shudder-do some work.
