Thank you all for your input to this. I have posted one picture of what I built last year. The outside was 036 and the in 031 fastrack. I had not problems. This was built on a rolling legs so I can move it out into the garage or back under the Kayaks when finished.. If I do go up with the 5x9 I think I will have to reframe.
