a $-car standard gauge set of the Exact reverse of the National Limited color scheme. Red body with Blue roof?? Info please!

1. I guess most standard gauge collectors are familiar with the MTH Ives reproduction of the National Limited in a royal blue body and red roof. I recently saw a 4-car set in the exact opposite of that color scheme, also a reproduction with a red body and blue roof, a flip of the national limited. can anyone tell me which set this is?

2. What does it cost to re-paint the roofs of four cars plus the cab of the loco in state set size? Regards
