Heres something you can do with ABA, both A & B are powered, i did this with my DRG.
Run small freight train 4-6 cars with powered A, run small passenger train, 3-5 cars with dummy A up front and powered B pushing it, pulling cars.
Have them go in opposite directions. Both will be at same speed since powered units are on same controller. Its fun to do.
If you track is big enough, put them halfway apart and run them the same direction. That much train pulls 3.7 amps on my 90' loop powered by z4000.

That is an interesting idea. I like it. Does the light on the dummy A come on?
