Thanks for the added info. I was thinking the name sounded familiar, but could not place it. I may have seen or read something about him one time. Looks like that house had plenty of room for trains too.

 

I did see the $130,000 in 2013. I was assuming (I know what that does) that someone had bought it in 2013 and fixed it up to re-sell, but maybe not? I have never been to Detroit, but have heard about it's deterioration. I have seen pictures of many beautiful homes and neighborhoods there from the past built and owned by many wealthy car execs and others from related industries. Sad that it's gone down to where it is now, I bet it was a really beautiful city at one time.
