Love photos of trains in the morning light. Geysergazer, I've noticed your windows near your layout before, and the beauty of the light therefrom on your trains.

Arnold, those windows face South and at this Northern latitude the light changes radically with the seasons and I have a lot of fun with it.

This lighting only happens for an hour or so in the afternoon in December-January:
