Purchased my first 2 Williams locos (and first 2 diesels to boot!) and, gotta say, these are great little engines. No frills, no spills ... just rock solid conventional pullers that run for days. Had set my hopes ... well, not low exactly, but not asking for the world. They exceeded my expectations with room to spare. All that, at an appealing price point.
Don't get me wrong: I love my MTH PS3s (with upcoming WIU control) and LC+ Lionels, and I'm champing at the bit for this year's delivery of Lionel's LC2.0+ Berkshire and GG1. I am simply impressed with how Williams works "within their lane" and delivered a great product.
