Ace's Fastrack 5x9 layout of 2012

Hi all,

Over the past 10 months I have enjoyed learning about our hobby from many of the posts on the OGR forum and I have gotten helpful info from Ken-O Scale. Now I'm trying to find some info on one of Ace's designs from 2013. Attached is the layout Ace designed but I cannot find a parts list. I know he likes to use easements and larger radius turnouts but I can't tell what he used in this particular plan. Does anyone have any ideas how this can be built? I have tried SCARM but my guesses have failed. Thanks.
