Reply to "ACS2 & BPC2 Issues"

I am new to this forum and have recently upgraded my Christmas train to a full legacy system. I have a two loop railroad with separate power masters(both set @ 180W) along with 180W power house supplies. Naturally I have a #990 legacy system controlling everything. Each loop is isolate and are functioning fine. I have a Legacy engine, two conventional old Lionel engines and one MTH Diesel engine with photo sound 2. My Lcs set up has the WIFI module, BPC2, ACS2 and two LCS track sensors(one for each loop). I have two coupler/operating tracks, a barrel loader/unloader, and operating control tower. I have the track loops programmed no problem, all switches are command switches so they are all programmed, Lcs sensor tracks are set, my issue is with my two LCS modules. I also have a CW-80 Transformer to power the accessories which is set at 14V. Both the BPC2 and the ACS2 have been programmed. I have power to the relay side from my powermasters. The common power comes from one of the powermasters for the BPC2 and from the CW-80 for the ACS2. They both programmed no problem but I have no power to the two sidings i have connected to the BPC2 and no power to the 6 accessories I have connected to the ACS2. On the relay side when i give the proper commands I here the relays functioning and the red light illuminates but nothing happens on the other side. I have three distribution blocks in the system one for each loop and one for accessories. Common (U) hooked up to each loop from the 990 and commons from the operating tracks to the appropriate blocks. I have also isolated both sidings from power. I assume the commons(U) do not need to come back to the distribution blocks as once the sidings are powered up the commons are not isolated. Any help is always appreciated.

Matt welcome to the forum!  There are a couple of things to verify.

1) Are the PowerHouse transformers phased with the CW-80?

2) The sidings do need connections to power Common.  The BPC2 only switches the Power Hot side.  Are the sidings getting  Common connections either through a Common bus wire or via outside rail connection or both?

If the answers to both questions are yes, then if you were to draw and post a diagram showing your power and control connections, this may be more revealing of the issue.
