Adapting an HO scale Walther's station to S scale

I have an HO scale Walther's Whitehall station. I purchased it and want to adapt it to fit S scale. I realize that it will need to be made higher and I will need to add S size doors but, I am not sure how much I need to raise the building, looking for guidance.
