Adding a ERR Railsound Kit

Good evening, Everyone:

So, I have a K-line/Lionel Big Boy with TMCC. I've attached the photo of the existing sound board. I'm looking to upgrade the sound quality by adding a Electric Railroad ERRRSSD ERR Railsounds Kit - Articulated. I'm a little puzzled re: how to connect the unit to the tether (main board). Think I'll have to trace the lines through the male/female connectors. This would be a first time for me. Anyone ever attempted this before? I could sure use help. Thanks Carl.
