Rusty, Lionel after some email pestering sent me an rma number. I noticed you you were looking for the pilot attachment holes. They are not needed as you can back out the two frame to body flat head screws at the back edge of the pilot and replace them with similar longer screws with pan heads and they will immobilize the pilot.
