The T's younger, but much bigger brother, an MTH P motor, insisted on getting into the picture for a size comparison.

It's older, but shorter brother, an S motor, also had to get in on the act.

Unfortunately, the first run of the T will have to wait a while since the layout is out of action for a few days due to a furnace replacement project in the basement.

Oh wow! I was expecting such pictures of the S model in black from 3Rd Rail, finaly I got them from you and Now I know that I must have this engine. 

 

The MTH P2 look cheap beside the T, the S2 remain a nicely made engine.
