AIU/Operating Passenger Station

I wired an operating Passenger Station to an AIU, following the steps/diagram of the DCS Companion. When I activate the station via the AIU, the platform raises partway and immediately drops back down. After checking & rechecking the wiring, I deleted the station and re-attached it to a different accessory output of the AIU, same problem. I then wired the same station to the Manuel switch, works fine.

any ideas from folks is appreciated! Power is from a Z4000 14 volt accessory output.
