ALCO PA trucks

Does anyone know if the ALCO PA ABA sets from the 2013 volume 1 catalog had trucks with a blind center axle? I.e. the style that can be converted to 2-rail. I saw a box for a set that said Proto-scale 3-2 which to me indicates the would be convertible and have a blind center axle. But the catalog and website doesn't list it in the features.
