Pretty much are just that.
I mostly ignore such instruction sheets. Use prototype photos for ladder and grab placement.

The number of ways that these cars can be assembled is pretty limited and usually pretty obvious, too. I just did a 36' one that came to me partially assembled and missing stuff like the roof hatches........
