FB-0000037 is the PN for the tender drawbar holder, but it only works for PS3. Never had any problems with mine using the holder. For PS2 you need the tubing or a wire tie.

Since the post is exactly the same size on the PS/2 10-pin drawbar, I fail to see why the holder wouldn't work, have you actually tried it?
