As for that bothering me, yes in a way it does. But primarily it is a clue to move on immediately. I have a few queues which tell me to ignore a seller and that one is right up near the top of the list. Another one for me is the one that labels the listing "Rare". I figure I know if it is rare or not, you don't need to tell me. They are the sellers loss.
I too have that unusual love for the musty smell, I guess that's all about growing up in the upper Midwest where that odor is quite common.
