If I'm selling a lot of inexpensive cars I might carefully stack them to collectively show the underside. Only if they're all in the same condition. It's more efficient picture taking. Mind you, this is done so as not to abrase them and on a soft surface.
I don't think this constitutes a biblical sin.
What perturbs me more are out of focus pictures, especially if I'm really interested in the piece. Just as bad are pictures that were not properly rotated so as to be upright. If there's an out of focus picture malrotated I look for an AED.
