The 4644 with 4331 & 4332 is set #1474 "Brigadier" from 1931.

Should be a 4644 R/C (remote control reverse unit).

The locomotive is illustrated in the catalog and usually found with a grey frame with brass journals, air tanks, flag holders, & pilot trim.
