Once you remove the four corner screws, the one piece roof and window casting tends to be a very tight fit. I've had to use a razor blade between the roof and body to slowly rock the roof off.

The underframe is held on by the truck screws, which run trough the weight and light board and there are nuts on the inside holding the board down on the truck screws.
