Weigh it down in a flat bottom baking dish and add hot (not boiling) water. Its fairly thick stuff so it might take a little while and some temp experimentation.

If you're gluing 5 or 6 of them together in a row, similar to what Mel said.... epoxy a Home depot yardstick across the tops of the back of the whole row and clamp them down.
