The question was deleted, at my request (and apparently along with my response).

The reason is because it's not MTH's responsibility to ensure compatibility between their software and any other 3rd party's software that you may purchase.

This is the same reasoning that makes 3rd party manufacturers of products that operate under Windows and Mac OS X operating systems responsible for ensuring that their products are compatible with new releases of Windows and the Mac OS.

If you need to know more, contact the people whose product no longer works.
