Reply to "Another stumper: Two identical BiPolars with PS3 run at different speeds"

It's actually more common that you'd think. The engines should all be lubed and fully broken in before consisting them together. It's less critical with scale wheels as they have a slip factor to compensate. Fully lube the "slow" one and let the "fast" one take a break from service for a while.
