I think it must be a home-made, as the paintwork does not look in any way professional.
Hard to believe MPC didn't consider a "new" Girls Set. Isn't that the loco from the Milwaukee Rd./B'way Ltd./ Capt. Ltd.?

I believe these two statements are correct. a repainted lionel mpc atlantic being passed off as "rare"
