Yep...we did! In 1998 my wife and I traveled to Sacramento CA ...leaving Altoona PA . California Zephyr out and Texas Eagle back to Altoona. Best trip we ever took! Nice folks on the trains... great service....delicious food....beautiful sights! I'd like to go again.
