How old is this tab A? Is the software inside it fully up to date?

I had my old phone do the same thing. I was trying to remove unused apps to create more space. Something happened to the software while doing this. I got lucky that it finally fixed itself after several updates. It had nothing to do with the DCS software. It could not run the DCS app until the phone's software was made whole.

Unfortunately there are several apps out there that seem to take over the device I believe. If we try to alter them in any way, the device doesn't work anymore. It can be very frustrating.
