Same here with all stated above, however, if you are into scratchbuilding there are many items available such as
Balsa wood
Xacto knives and blades
Foam boards and glue
Doll house items and accessories
Printed designs on paper such as brick and/ or wood flooring
And others if you are an "out of the box" thinker.
