Back in the late 1990's Alfred Cappelli Hobby Shop down at 3rd and Market Sts. in Philly was selling these complete with power. I believe they didn't have a reverse unit but they were beautiful and fairly expensive. My wife and I were having lunch at the old Bookbinder's restaurant and walked to Cappelli's and saw them. I went back a few weeks later ready to buy and they were sold out.

Also, Bowser made a green PTC Birney trolley, also single direction, that I did get at Joe's Train Station back in 1990.
