Anyone have Legacy module 1.3+?

I'm finally finishing up the wiring on my layout and setting up Legacy. I had an older base stashed away that is version 1.2. I have a black module arriving soon but I can't use it until I get the base upgraded to at least 1.3. Does anyone have a blue module of 1.3 or higher they aren't using and would be willing to drop in the mail?
