Sorry but K-line was the only o guage mfg that made a "hammerhead" RS3 and unfortunately the only flavors that model was painted in were PRR Tuscan red [faux] and PRR "black" [ closest to DLGE].
The unit was incorrect as both ends should have the twin sealed beam headlight. Unfortunately only the high short end has the molded in twin sealed beam headlight as the long hood has the incorrect single bulb headlight.
The PRR black models are harder to find than the tuscan model so that maybe your start for a repaint.
Btw, CMR products was the outfit that sold the ALCo high short hood and the low nose in O scale. Unfortunately it didn't sell too well vs the amount of time to 3d print. You could try top contact them and see if they will print one up for you. The worst they can say is NO.
